Lincoln University in Canterbury invites a dynamic Dean to lead the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences, setting strategic direction and ensuring academic excellence, financial sustainability and people leadership. Reporting to the Provost, you will guide research and teaching across production systems, conservation and life sciences.

PhD preferred and strong track record in research leadership.
Proven ability to lead curriculum renewal and program innovation.
Experience with strategic planning and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

Set and deliver a Faculty strategy for excellence in research, education and stakeholder impact.
Lead curriculum renewal and portfolio development to keep offerings relevant and financially sustainable.
Sustain and grow research income through industry, international and alternative funding.
Build productive partnerships with iwi, hapū, industry, government, and international collaborators.
Act as a visible ambassador for the Faculty and University.
