Management Level Manager
In this role, you’ll work within a specialist team in PwC's Deals practice. The Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team specialise in assisting clients with Net Working Capital (NWC) and Net Debt, working independently or alongside the financial due diligence team. We support clients post-signing and completion by preparing or reviewing Completion Statements and Earn-Outs and help resolve related disputes if necessary. Additionally, we play a crucial role in negotiating the financial aspects of transactions, whether buying or selling, aiming to maximise value and ensure no money is left on the table. A typical day will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, potentially leading a small team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client engagements. We pride ourselves in collaborating closely with our clients' other advisors, such as investment banks, M&A teams, lawyers, and due diligence teams, to drive value throughout the SPA negotiation process. This is a full-time role with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday based in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland.
