Job summary

CSR have an exciting opportunity in our Logistics Department for a DC Operator to join our team in Penrose, Auckland. You will report to the DC Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and on time.

In this fast-paced distribution environment, you will operate a forklift, process orders, move stock, and support the wider warehouse team to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture, actively supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and living our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
• Complete picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
