Job summary

Turuki Health Care in Auckland is seeking a Data and Reporting Lead to strengthen data quality, reporting capability and operational improvement across our Maaori health and social services network. Based in Manukau, this full-time role within our Data and Digital team will lead dashboards, improve data-driven decision making, and support funding compliance and service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in data quality, reporting or business intelligence roles.
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
Experience designing dashboards and delivering operational reporting.
Experience with Medtech Evolution (highly desirable).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining operational dashboards and reports.
Monitoring data quality and identifying improvement opportunities.
Training staff to build confidence and capability in data systems and processes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Supporting evidence-based decision making and contract reporting requirements.
