Job summary

Fonterra Te Mātāpuna in New Zealand is seeking a Data Product Manager to own the data product strategy for the CFO office, focusing on procurement and finance. You will partner with business leaders to unlock value through data and AI-enabled decision making.

Working across business, data and technology teams, you will guide data products from concept to delivery, balancing priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role offers high visibility and impact across the co-op.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, transformation or commercial roles within large organisations.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen including business case development and budget planning.
• Ability to lead data governance, data quality, analytics and emerging AI initiatives.
• Proven experience translating business strategy and user needs into data products and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the data product strategy for the office of the CFO (Procurement & Finance).
• Identify where data can unlock value and improve decision-making.
• Guide data products from concept through delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and foster open, trusting collaboration.
