The Role

We’re looking for a sharp Data Migration Specialist to lead the transition of customer data into Tapi - your job is to ensure their data lands cleanly and seamlessly.

You’ll handle tricky edge cases, analyse source systems, and use your SQL skills to transform and validate datasets. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the heart of smooth customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full data migration process for customers and system consolidations
• Investigate and resolve complex data issues that fall outside standard tools
• Write and run SQL queries (PostgreSQL) to extract, transform, and load data
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies with precision and care
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure a seamless transition experience
• Document processes and flag recurring patterns or improvement opportunities

What You’ll Bring
