About the Role

This position will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and commercial performance across the broader SSS business. Using business analysis tools, Power BI, and emerging GenAI capabilities, the Data & Insights Analyst will connect disparate systems to deliver actionable insights and predictive modelling. The focus is on labour optimisation, price realisation, and ensuring the business is capitalising on every opportunity in the market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BA tools
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to create a unified view of business performance
  • Support financial and operational teams with insights that drive labour and pricing efficiency
  • Build predictive models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the SSS business to understand data needs and decision-making drivers
  • Explore and apply GenAI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting speed
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of revenue-focused decision making
  • Proficiency in Power BI and business analysis tooling
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and disparate systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive modelling
  • Financial literacy and comfort working within a finance-led reporting structure
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts and a willingness to explore emerging technologies
