Your Title: Data Engineer

What You Will Do
As a Data Engineer for this 12-month engagement, you will join our data analytics team. This role is crucial for managing the growing demand for insights, ensuring continuity in critical projects, and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our data analysis efforts. You will focus on analyzing contact, account, entitlement, and ownership data across various business systems to create a comprehensive 360-degree customer view.
This will see you involved in:
  • Data Analysis and Pipeline Development:
      Analyze and integrate data from various business systems to develop a 360-degree customer view
      Identify linkages between records such as account names, email addresses, physical addresses, and ownership records.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
      Work closely with senior leadership, product managers, sales teams, and channel partners to understand their needs for actionable insights
      Transform data to generate insights that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Insight Improvement:
      Enhance the quality of insights provided to stakeholders incrementally
      Identify opportunities to improve the toolset associated with generating insights.
  • Team Collaboration:
      Collaborate with existing teams to identify areas for effective contribution
      Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
What skills & experience you should bring
Along with your excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to work independently or as part of a team, you will also have:
    Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    Proven experience in database setup, data management, and analysis, with the ability to link data across multiple systems
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python)
    Experience with data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., DOMO)
    Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks for data warehousing and analytics
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
