Job summary

Digital Garage seeks an Intermediate Developer to design, build, and maintain data-heavy web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and .NET Core Web APIs. You’ll work closely with product teams to deliver robust features and reliable APIs in a true hybrid setup on NZ’s North Shore.

You’ll tackle large datasets, work alongside AI tooling, and contribute to modernising key applications. The role offers a 2-day office hybrid pattern with opportunities to influence tech roadmaps and architecture

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript and .NET Core Web APIs.
• Experience building data-heavy dashboards and APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine data-driven dashboards, reporting features, and seamless user workflows using Angular and .NET.
• Work with modern DevOps setups, leveraging AI code scanning agents to optimise build pipelines and security.
• Drive continuous codebase health by refactoring legacy elements and preparing systems for major framework upgrades.
• Collaborate in peer code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and share technical insights across the wider team.
• Support and guide junior developers while contributing to longer-term architecture decisions.
