Zusammenfassung

DairyNZ is seeking a Commercial Research Lead to coordinate and deliver its commercially aligned research and trial portfolio. You will bridge external organisations with DairyNZ scientists, managing projects from enquiry through to reporting and ensuring trial protocols meet scientific and regulatory standards for pasture-based dairy farming.

This permanent, full-time role is based at our Newstead office in Hamilton and reports to the Head of Research and Science Performance.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires designing, coordinating or delivering agricultural research programmes.
• Experience with experimental design and power analysis is desirable.
• Strong project management and the ability to coordinate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and support delivery of commercial research projects on time and within budget.
• Act as main contact between commercial organisations and DairyNZ scientists.
• Translate objectives into robust trial designs and delivery plans.
• Develop proposals, budgets and contracting documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and ethical applications; monitor progress.
