Job summary

Goodman Fielder New Zealand is recruiting a Filler/ Packer Operator for our Longburn dairy site. You will be part of a team filling and packing a range of dairy products, from receiving raw milk to packing finished goods. On-the-job training will be provided and a reliable, motivated individual is sought.

The role offers rotating shifts (5:30am–2:30pm week 1; 2:15pm–11:15pm week 2) with competitive pay, overtime rates, and a benefits package including health checks and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 20kg.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety rules, reporting incidents to the Team Leader.
• Maintain highest product quality standards.
• Operate filling and packing equipment according to site standards.
• Contribute to a high performing team by sharing knowledge.
• Keep workspace clean to meet standards.
• Maintain documentation and records as required.
