Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or diploma, or minimum 5 years in a dairy manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years Spray Drying experience, preferably in a Nutritional Plant.
• Experience in leading, developing and engaging teams.
• Proven understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Plant or line(s) to achieve overall performance and targets.
• Maintain 24-hour, multi-shift accountability for production results and capability.
• Ensure Health & Safety performance, practices and culture across the line and teams.
• Maintain process reliability and deploy and deliver manufacturing standards.
• Drive and support team development, succession planning and capability building.
• Engage and manage people across shifts to meet engagement and productivity targets.
• Ensure product quality measures, quality performance, and culture across the production line.
• Support 24/7 operations with on-call duties as required.
