The Opportunity
You’ll learn from our technical mentors and be heavily involved in the large‑scale production of dairy products that are exported to the rest of the world. Giving you a much bigger scope for other career opportunities further on the track.
As a Dairy Processing Apprentice at our sites, you’ll be using innovative technology, and working with our team of highly trained experts who are passionate about the work they do that has a global impact.
On‑site you’ll be working Monday to Friday initially and will gradually move into our shift pattern.
The theory‑based work covering a variety of topics from cow to a customer will be spread across the duration of your apprenticeship so that it aligns with the practical work you’ll be involved in.
What you’ll bring and develop
You could have a love of food science or enjoy exploring the technical side of our processing equipment. If you’re looking for something outside of the ordinary this could be it!
Work experience, voluntary experience and involvement in any other extra‑curricular activities will be a big advantage when you apply those learnings to your apprenticeship.
