A leading agricultural organization in New Zealand is seeking a Dairy Farm Assistant to join their team at Renown Dairy. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant to join the high-performing team at Renown Dairy. In this role, you’ll assist with a range of farm tasks — from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing. You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations and work closely with your team to help meet production and animal welfare goals. You’ll receive full training and support, and we’ll encourage you to take the initiative, develop your skills, and support newer team members along the way. This is a fixed-term role until the end of May 2026.
Renown Dairy Unit is located between Taupō and Rotorua. 1450 cows are milked once a day through a 60-bail rotary shed that has a vast array of technology to help monitor & measure overall performance. The farm is set on 640 ha of varying terrain.
