Overview

HSO is looking for a skilled D365 Finance Senior Support Consultant to join our growing team. As a pivotal member of HSO, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance to provide unparalleled support and guidance to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high service quality for our customers, while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, addressing problems, and delivering exceptional support within the Microsoft D365 ERP ecosystem. You will also play a pivotal role in business process design, implementation, and customer management to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, HSO ANZ resources, and business partners to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective resolution of customer issues. Clear communication and relationship management are critical to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Undertake product customization and configuration to align with specific business requirements, ensuring the D365 solution is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of product scenarios in line with established standards, identifying and resolving conflicts with the support of the technical team to ensure a robust and reliable solution.
  • Partner with the Technical and Delivery teams across the organization to ensure consistent, positive client interactions and seamless solution delivery. Collaboration is key to driving successful outcomes.
  • Adopt a consultative mindset, actively listening to client requirements and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and goals. Your ability to understand and anticipate client needs will set you apart.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with D365 Finance and previous Dynamics AX versions
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Strong understanding of standard accounting processes and reporting principles
  • Experience in gathering functional requirements and producing functional designs
  • Experience managing OneVersion updates, including logging and resolving tickets with Microsoft Support to ensure smooth system operations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and self-motivation to drive results, with a knack for identifying improvements and implementing innovative solutions that enhance team collaboration and customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders
