Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity Specialist to join our Identity team and help build, operate and evolve the services that manage workforce identity, authentication and access across the organisation. This is a hands-on engineering role working across enterprise identity platforms, application integrations and identity lifecycle services.

You will work with teams across Air New Zealand to deliver secure, reliable and scalable identity solutions that enable our people to access

Qualifications

• 4+ years of identity engineering, cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Experience with IAM platforms and identity governance best practices.
• Strong knowledge of authentication standards and secure lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, operate and support IAM services across the enterprise.
• Support identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using modern identity standards.
• Build integrations using APIs, connectors and identity workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support production services and investigate incidents.
