About the Role:

As a key member of the Experience Design and Analysis team, you will lead the reimagining of business processes for critical cybersecurity initiatives. You will combine agile practices with human-centered design to bridge technical and non-technical teams, delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Re-engineer business processes to support digital and cyber strategy
  2. Translate complex cyber and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
  3. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define user stories and acceptance criteria
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive delivery
  5. Embed process design into services to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
Key Skills and Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity or risk environments
  2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concerns, BPMN, and service blueprints
  3. Skilled in agile and traditional delivery models (Scrum, Kanban)
  4. Proficient in human-centered design (HCD) or design thinking
  5. Exceptional communicator and storyteller with stakeholder engagement expertise
  6. BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA); cyber qualifications are an advantage
  7. Proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and delivery
