Job summary

Deloitte Technology & Transformation in Auckland seeks a Cutover Lead to drive go-live readiness and transition to business-as-usual on complex programmes. You will plan and execute cutover activities, coordinating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You’ll define runbooks, lead readiness assessments across business, technical, and operational domains, and mentor teams while managing risks. Travel and flexible work are expected to meet client needs.

You will be part of the Systems, Delivery & Modernisation practice, leading delivery across strategic managed service engagements. The team works across complex environments including cloud, enterprise platforms, and large-scale IT services, partnering closely with clients, delivery teams, and alliance partners to drive service performance and long-term value.

You’ll lead the planning and execution of complex cutover activities while working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
