Environment Canterbury is seeking an organised administrator to join the Customer Support team within Communications & Engagement. You will ensure timely, professional service while supporting complaints management, information requests, reporting and coordination across the organisation.
Ideal applicants will bring strong administration and customer-service skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort with systems and data. Local government experience is advantageous.

You’ll be an organised and customer-focused administrator joining our Customer Support team within the Communications & Engagement Group. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional service while supporting key organisational processes including complaints management, information requests, reporting, and administrative coordination.
You'll be an experienced administrator who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You're highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working with systems, processes, and data. You communicate effectively with a wide range of people and remain calm under pressure.
