Being a Customer Specialist with ASB. As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers. This role is key to delivering exceptional service to our customers, whether through phone-based support in the Contact Centre (Direct Channels) or face-to-face assistance in the Advice Centre (Branches).
