About the role

You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers with new electricity connection queries—whether it’s over the phone, by email, web chat, or more. From answering questions to solving problems and guiding them through the application process, you’ll make every interaction seamless, supportive, and stress-free - leaving a lasting, positive impression every time. This role isn’t just about service - it’s about making connections (literally and figuratively), solving problems, and being part of exciting projects that power communities.

Skills & Experience

To successfully carry out the role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service experience and a solution-focused mindset.
  • To be a natural communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships—collaborating effectively with others to drive great outcomes.
  • Confidence in working independently and using systems such as; SAP, PureCloud and Salesforce.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and evolving environment, learn quickly and utilise your strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to explain complex information clearly.
