A bit about the role

In this role you will need to have strong personal values aligned with ours and a work ethic that is second to none. We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Services Superstar to join our team. This role is rostered Friday & Saturdays.

On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional service by using the knowledge you gain to answer queries and assist with purchasing decisions. You will need to have a passion for customer service, communicate professionally with the team and with customers, think on your feet, and come up with innovative solutions with the customer at the centre of your focus. This role also includes processing customer transactions, assisting with returns, handling complaints and account queries.
