This is a permanent full-time position based at our Mt Maunganui Depot. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and fortnightly Saturdays 8am to 11am.

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Customer Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with queries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Track and trace parcels and provide delivery updates
  • Resolve delivery issues efficiently and professionally
  • Liaise with couriers, depots, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Promote a positive customer experience with every interaction
