A New Zealand delivery service provider is seeking individuals for a customer services role. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills while focusing on customer satisfaction. This position involves handling queries professionally in a fast-paced environment, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings. Applicants must be domiciled in New Zealand with the appropriate visa or permanent residence.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with rostered Saturday mornings.
Ideally you will be a fast and accurate computer user, who can confidently handle queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
You will put our customers first, by understanding issues, collaborating with other staff and contractors, and providing solutions to meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
