Job summary

Bunnings Invercargill Trade Yard is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to provide friendly service to builders and trade specialists, merchandise and replenish stock, pick and pack orders, and coordinate deliveries. You will help ensure on-time dispatch and loading/unloading at the delivery trucks, contributing to a great customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for service, ability to work in a team, and strong accuracy.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service.
• An ability to work in and contribute to a team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• A current forklift licence is preferable, however not essential.

About the role:

Our Trade Centres provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a ’whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

What’s involved:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists

You’ll need:
