A leading home improvement store in Nelson is seeking a dedicated customer service representative for a 32-hour per week role. You will support customers at the checkouts, help with service desk queries, and assist with online orders. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and a bright personality, ensuring every customer experience is outstanding. This position involves some shift supervision, contributing to a fantastic team culture.

Based at the customer service desk and at the checkouts, you will be responsible for serving customers on the checkouts, assisting with queries at the customer service desk, and also assisting with online and special orders. We are looking for that special person keen to provide outstanding customer service to every customer whether it's face to face, online, or over the phone. This role does involve some shift supervision and opening and closing shifts for the customer service and checkouts teams.
