Job summary

Centurion Print Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Morningside site in Mount Wellington, Auckland, NZ. You will be the day-to-day contact for a range of customers, taking and processing orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood by our team.

Key duties include handling orders and enquiries by phone and email, keeping customers informed of progress, and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Taking and processing customer orders & enquiries accurately by phone and email.
• Understanding customer requirements and ensuring the correct information is communicated internally.
• Follow up & inform customers about the progress of their orders.
• Resolving issues if / when they arise in a timely & professional manner
• Liaising internally with Sales, Pre-press, Production, Stores and Dispatch as required.
• Building strong, ongoing relationships & ensuring our customers receive a responsive, reliable and professional service.
• Experience in the printing industry would be an advantage, particularly an understanding of offset and digital printing, however, we would consider someone from another customer service background who has the right attitude and is keen to learn.
