Overview

Dilworth Hearing, (part of the Amplifon Group) has been providing paediatric and adult audiology services in New Zealand for over 50 years. We have 20 clinics nationwide and consider customer service to be the single most important aspect of our business.

About the role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) based from our Takanini clinic, and covering other clinics as required. The role is fast paced and varied, including front desk responsibilities, greeting all our customers, scheduling of appointments, handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales, alongside conducting basic hearing screening. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.

What you’ll need to be successful
  • Previous experience in a client facing customer service or retail position
  • Clear professional communication style
  • Strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • A great phone manner and a warm face to face communication style.
  • Flexibility, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to cover other clinics as required
  • Highly organised with good time management
