We’re looking for a full-time customer service and team focused person to join our Invercargill clinic as a Customer Service Representative.

About the Role:

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the front-line reception area, representing our business and supporting our clients with professional, friendly and efficient service. This is a perfect role for someone that likes variety in their day and being busy.

Hours: Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 8.30an - 5.30pm. Saturday 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering friendly, efficient service to clients visiting our clinic and by phone or email
  • Booking in animal consultations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the team in managing urgent and/or critical care walk ins
  • Handling customer retail enquiries

Key Skills Required:

  • A high degree of professionalism, empathy and resilience
  • A high degree of accuracy in data input
  • Top rate communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administration (agriculture or vet sector experience is a bonus).
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport easily and can manage multiple tasks.
  • A strong team player who enjoys supporting others to do their best work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 suite skills or willingness to learn.
