Invacare ANZ is seeking a positive, people-focused individual to join our Rentals Customer Service team in a 4 month fixed term role in Auckland. This role is a hands-on customer support position handling rentals enquiries by phone and in person, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
You will manage calls, emails, and order entry, coordinate collections, and liaise with health professionals to keep orders on track. Strong communication, multitasking and tech aptitude are essential.

Our customer service teams are our one of our front-line links to our customers and communities, and your role plays an important part in ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional standard of service and getting our equipment out to those who matter most.
A normal day at work will see you:
You’ll bring a passion for helping others and have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a resilient yet empathetic approach. Our calls and admin work can be complex so you’ll need to be able to work independently to handle and resolve calls but will also be provided with support along the way.
