Job summary

Motor Trade Finance Limited in Dunedin is seeking a dedicated professional to support the customer journey, lending processes, and team collaboration across our national network. You’ll champion responsible lending and customer-first outcomes, and help assess loan applications with accuracy.

You’ll work across systems to ensure data integrity, record customer interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement in a busy, supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with processing applications through to approval or decline outcomes
• Ensure all application data is complete, accurate, and recorded in systems
• Conduct initial checks to support affordability and suitability assessments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan information
• Work across systems to support efficient customer service and lending workflows
• Contribute to team performance, service targets, and process improvements

• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
