• Assist processing through to approval or decline.
• Ensure all application data is complete and recorded correctly.
• Conduct initial affordability and suitability checks.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and loan details.
• Work across systems to support efficient lending workflows.
• Contribute to team performance and process improvements.
