Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver - Part Time

About the role:

This is a full-time permanent role that involves store deliveries and providing knowledgeable sales advice and service to a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural clients. You'll be hands-on with daily store operations, including stock management, sales processing, and deliveries. Your passion for the local agriculture industry and excellent communication skills will make you stand out.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertake forklift operating within store and truck driving for client delivery duties
• Offer advice to customers
• Solve queries and problems from customers, suppliers, and staff
• Efficiently process sales and product requests
• Order, unpack, and display merchandise according to company guidelines

Skills & Experience:

• Class 2 license is essential for deliveries
• A full, current, and clean New Zealand driver licence
• A team player who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to outstanding results
• Good physical fitness as some lifting up to 20kgs is required
• Previous retail and/or sales experience is an advantage but not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential
