As the Customer & Key Accounts Representative, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for commercial customer enquiries and contracts
  • Coordinate transport bookings to ensure timely delivery
  • Support sales and operations with customer reporting, contracts and feed requests
  • Build strong relationships with customers, transport partners and internal teams
