Job summary

Regus in Wellington is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead and own the centre’s performance. You will have the autonomy and resources to run the centre as your own business, managing everything on site and ensuring exceptional service to customers.

You will lead a small team to deliver strong results, provide tours to prospective clients, upsell to existing customers, and ensure every customer leaves as a brand ambassador for the centre, your team, and Regus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team.
• You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or a store, restaurant or any site with a high degree of customer focus.
• What matters most is the right mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
