Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Shotover Jet and Dart River Adventures.

About The Role

Based mainly at Shotover Jet in Queenstown, with occasional shifts at Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy (free transport provided), this role is all about creating memorable experiences for our manuhiri (visitors). You'll be:

  • Assisting guests with bookings and reservations
  • Supporting retail and photography sales
  • Delivering warm, professional customer service
  • Sharing our stories and values with pride
What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

  • Has previous customer service experience and enjoys working with people
  • Is a strong team player who stays calm under pressure
  • Is physically fit, alert, and safety-conscious
  • Can work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Holds a full driver's licence (P-Endorsement preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Is open to learning about Ngāi Tahu culture, reo Māori, and tikanga
  • Enjoys the outdoors and working in a dynamic environment
