If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting our Sales and Operations teams. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage a daily workload, investigate customer requests, and use information from multiple systems to make informed decisions and deliver the right outcome.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support across the customer lifecycle
  • Manage a daily workload, ensuring customer requests are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, process requests, and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support customer onboarding, renewals, and account management activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that deliver a great customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to support sales growth and enhance the services customers receive.
  • Contribute to achieving team service, customer satisfaction, and sales goals through accurate and proactive support.
ABOUT YOU

You're a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting the details right. You have a natural curiosity and can confidently analyse information from multiple sources to make informed decisions. Whether you're supporting customers or working with internal teams, you're someone who takes ownership, builds strong relationships, and always looks for ways to improve the customer experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience in a customer service, customer experience, or sales support role.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyse information and solve problems confidently.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
  • Hybrid work flexibility with a convenient office location with parking on site and a short walk from Ellerslie Station
  • Health insurance from your first day, with a company‑funded subsidy for Southern Cross or Marram.
  • A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
  • Rewards program, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers
  • Regular social events, wellbeing initiatives and team activities through our Social Club and Pit Crew
  • An extensive range of other employee benefits.
