Important Information:
Applicants must be residing in New Zealand and legally entitled to work here. This position is offered as a contractor role, not an employment position. As a contractor, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations, ACC levies, and any other statutory requirements. All work will be governed by a formal contractor agreement outlining deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality, and other relevant conditions.

In this role, you will make phone-based customer experience review calls on behalf of our clients, capturing honest, detailed feedback to help businesses improve their service standards.

  • Ask clear, concise, and non-leading questions to capture accurate insights.
  • Record and report feedback in a professional and organised manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
