Job summary

REACH is recruiting a Customer Care Consultant to join our Auckland team. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences and support the seamless execution of multi-media marketing campaigns.

The role involves nurturing client relationships, coordinating with the REACH Sales team, and managing campaign fulfillment, including letterbox bookings and proofs. We value initiative, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing or B2B sales administration role delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and proactively engage with customers.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, email, spreadsheets and documents; familiarity with digital marketing channels/tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships through verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with REACH Sales to coordinate and support multi-media campaign execution.
• Manage campaign fulfillment, including Letterbox bookings, print workflows, artwork proofing, quoting, and supplier liaison.
• Oversee inbound briefs from REACH’s Agentic AI campaign planner and apply insights to improve strategies.
• Conduct post-campaign engagement follow-ups and deliver performance reporting.
