Job summary

Horowhenua District Council is seeking two Customer Experience Ambassadors to join our team in permanent roles, one full-time and one part-time (20 hours per week). You will deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Are you an expert in delivering outstanding customer service? We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Experience team in permanent roles, one full-time and one part-time (20 hours per week).

The positions available are:

Full time - 8am – 5pm / Monday to Friday

Part-time - 1pm - 5pm / Monday to Friday

You will be an amazing communicator that is capable of building relationships will all Stakeholders – internal and external. Being a self-starter and able to self-manage will be key to the success of this role. Your attention to detail will be on point along with your time management/organisation skills. You will have capability and awareness across the Council, connecting external stakeholders with the right services and departments.

You’ll be confident and driven to provide Customer excellence and go the extra mile for your stakeholders. You will have strong ability with MS Office suite and a variety of databases.

Having strong relationships across the organisation will be key to your success.
