    Position Description :

    The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and analytical support for FSNI Customer Development Team to ensure the business relationships run smoothly and efficiently. Also acts as a conduit for timely and accurate information flow between the Field Team and broader organization.

    The role is responsible for maintenance of the CBP Planning Tool (C-P’s promotional planning system) including new products, forecasts and promotion entry and will have overall responsibility for the Field Automation tool. This role reports to the Customer Development Manager, providing support to both them and the Shopper Development Manager and assisting them with the compiling of customer documentation, Territory Manager communications and other internal communications.

    This role will also work closely with Area Manager and Field Sales Manager as well as cross-functionally with Retail Marketing, Product Supply and Customer Services Departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    CBP Management

    • Thorough analysis and implementation of new product forecasts, forecast reviews, product transition, promotional strategy changes and full year submission across the FSNI businesses
    • Checking of account confirmations and firming promotions to send to SAP
    • Weekly checking of actual vs. forecast volumes and making adjustments as necessary
    • Managing and auditing invoices from stores/field team
    • Updating promotional deals as required due to strategy changes and/or price list changes

    FSNI Account Support

    • Strong communication with field team including:
    • Promo Advice compilation
    • Weekly and Monthly priorities as decided by the CDT
    • Weekly Billboards & Surveys
    • Checking of credit claims and first level sign off
    • Auditing of head office invoices/ claims and managing dispute process
    • Promotional grid and ranging list maintenance
    • Purveyance master data maintenance, troubleshooting and updates

    Meetings/ Presentations

    • Reviewing forecasts and presenting to Demand Review Meeting (monthly)
    • Pricing and Promotional Reviews at Foodstuffs WIP and Scorecard (weekly & monthly)
    • Return on investment review & presentation (Monthly)
    • Presentation of key outcomes at commercial alignment meetings (monthly)
    • Field alignment and WIP’s (fortnightly or as required)

    Experience/Background Required

    • Tertiary Degree required
    • Relevant business experience
    • FMCG industry experience would be beneficial
