You will connect Data and Marketing teams, drive a customer-first data strategy, and champion the use of automation tools. We’re looking for a Customer Data Strategy Lead to join our Data and AI team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role where you’ll connect our Data and Marketing teams to deliver a unified customer data strategy that drives smarter, more personalised customer experiences.
Your role will see you:
You’re equally at home in the world of data and marketing, with 5+ years of experience in customer data strategy, Martech, or data-driven marketing. You can balance technical requirements with commercial priorities, and you know how to bring people with you through change. Most importantly, you think customer first – seeing every data point as a way to make experiences better.
This is a hands-on leadership role without direct reports, perfect for someone who loves influencing, collaborating and making things happen.
