Salt is delighted to be supporting a global organisation in the SaaS industry, who is seeking a Customer Care Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. As a Customer Care Analyst, you will play a key role in helping customers migrate their software applications from private to public cloud. You will manage specific cases, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels supported and heard.
