We’re now looking for a Cultural & Capability Partner to join our team and help bring our people experience to life. This role is all about making TWG the best place to work, by driving initiatives that grow capability, celebrating our people and building connection.

Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Designing and delivering learning – everything from workshops to eLearning and leadership events
  • Running our Celebrate recognition programme and end-of-year awards
  • Owning our My Voice engagement survey and helping leaders turn insights into action
  • Supporting our DE&I strategy and activities, including surveys, events and accreditations
  • Driving wellbeing initiatives and helping embed our Telus Health partnership
Responsibilities

Qualifications

We’re after someone who is:

  • Experienced in culture, engagement or capability roles
  • A real team player who brings energy, a creative mindset, & a passion for people
  • Comfortable designing and delivering learning experiences. Experience using Articulate 360 would be a bonus.
  • Strong project management and even coordination skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels
