Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT eligible; some scanning experience.
• ARRT registered preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a patient advocate to ensure timely, high-quality CT exams.
• Ensures timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides education to patients before, during and after CT exams.
• Maintains professional relationships with patients, departments and physicians.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and supports quality improvements.
• Resolves patient irritants using appropriate resources.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
• Ensures on-time completion of performance assessments and self-evaluations.
• Participates in associate satisfaction surveys and suggests improvements.
• Contributes ideas to enhance customer satisfaction continually.
