Job summary

TrueCut Media is seeking a proactive individual to grow in the creative industry. You’ll be the glue between content producers and project outcomes, thriving when solving problems and learning on the fly.

In a tight-knit team, you’ll own client intake, quoting using our pricing system, set up projects, track timelines, keep clients updated, spot issues early, and deliver final files with aftercare. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Join the Discovery stage w/ Oscar and capture what the client needs.
• Handle intake and quoting for our fixed-price, and “Base” work, using the TRUECUT pricing system.
• Set up projects to win, using our pre-brief + pre-production process.
• Track timelines, creative team alignment, and revisions for project success.
• Keeping clients updated as projects move.
• Spot problems early and raise them before they grow.
• Delivery of finished files to clients.
• TRUECUT aftercare on projects, using our processes.
