Qualifications

• Experience in floristry or relevant retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.

Responsibilities

• Take joint responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Floral Department.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure displays are fresh, creative and presented to a high standard.
• Drive innovation and develop the Floral product range.
• Build relationships with suppliers and merchandisers.
• Manage stock, pricing, promotions and ticketing.
• Assist with rosters, holidays and leave management.
• Support the team to achieve department goals.
