Job summary

Chanel College in Masterton invites a creative kaiako to join our Catholic, co-educational secondary school for a full-time, permanent position teaching Media Studies, Movie Making and Digital Design to students in years 7–13.

We value strong relationships, practical learning, and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te reo Māori. Beginning and experienced teachers are welcome to apply, with the possibility of pastoral leadership as a Dean for suitably experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with NZ registration or eligibility.
• Experience delivering media studies and digital design in a secondary setting preferred.
• Ability to engage rangatahi through practical, innovative learning.
