Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs – Auckland, North Island is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team at the Auckland Club. You will assist with day-to-day kitchen operations under the Head Chef, supporting the delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and functions while upholding brand standards and food safety.

The ideal applicant has hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Experience with cooking of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and functions.
• Knowledge of Hygiene compliance.
• A dynamic positive personality and strong team focus.
