As our Course Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and organisational backbone of our Work Preparation Programme. You’ll liaise with clients, facilitators, employers, and internal team members to ensure everything runs smoothly—from course delivery to work placements.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating communication between clients, facilitators, and programme staff
  • Supporting facilitators with scheduling and logistics
  • Assisting with work placement coordination alongside our Work Experience Connector
  • Managing attendance records
  • Keeping our training space welcoming, stocked, and safe
  • Supporting a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confidence with basic data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience working with MSD clients is a bonus!

This is a part-time (16 hours/week) fixed term contract to 30 June 2027, based in Lower Hutt. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a community-focused environment and wants to contribute to the success of others. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are key!
